Ed has over ten years’ experience of Corporate Finance. He graduated from Manchester University and then qualified as an ICAEW chartered accountant. He specialises in the software and technology sector. Career highlights include the recent sale of Virtual Recall Limited to Zoetis Group (USA), the sale of £7m EBITDA OrderWise Software Group to Forterro backed by Partners Group and Battery Ventures and the sale of My School Portal to the Access Group.
