Career highlights include the recent sale of Virtual Recall Limited to Zoetis Group (USA), the sale of £7m EBITDA OrderWise Software Group to Forterro backed by Partners Group and Battery Ventures and the sale of My School Portal to the Access Group.

James graduated from Loughborough University before qualifying as a chartered accountant, subsequently specialising in Corporate Finance. He has over 10 years experience of advising clients in the mid-market and career highlights include the cross-border sale of Camfaud Pumps for £50m, the £50m disposal of Davies Veterinary Group to Mars and the £30m private equity investment into Virgin Experience Days.
