We have bought many businesses for PLCs, PE houses and private individuals and we are good at door knocking and initiating ‘off market’ transactions.

Over the years we have identified many attractive acquisition opportunities for our clients through our extensive network of contacts and dedicated research facilities. We can quickly produce a shortlist of targets for our clients and approach the most appropriate companies.

We are experienced 'door knockers' and we initiate discussions with prospective vendors, recommend the most effective way to structure the transaction, draft the Heads of Agreement and lead the transaction through to legal completion.
